To help you plan your Tuesdays for the rest of the winter, below you ll find the schedule for the Tuesday training sessions right up to the end of March. They re not just for the faster runners, anyone would gain from taking part. These are exactly the same sort of sessions that we do on the beginners course, the only difference is that the distances may be a bit further, and we will do more a few more reps. All sessions are put together in a way that runners of different ability can join in, so why not give it a go?
